The duration of physiotherapy can vary depending on the condition or injury. In some cases only a few sessions may be sufficient, while in other cases a longer period of time may be required. Generally, the process lasts between 2 and 12 weeks, but after some surgeries it may take up to 1 year. If you are curious about the process in your case, you can contact us.

As long as you make your exercises a daily routine during the treatment process, not doing them for a short period of time, such as 1-2 days, will not cause your pain to return. However, no one can promise that your pain will go away if you do your exercises one day and do not do them for three to five days.

Definitely. Postural issues can significantly improve with targeted exercises and personalized treatment plans. For comprehensive insights, I recommend reading this detailed article on posture correction (BLOG).
